Why MPs say things like 'Right Honourable Friend' and other weird quirks

OUT of Order may be a common phrase for the British public, but it's origins come from the House of Commons. During government meetings and Prime Minster's Questions, MPs are often heard shouting strange phrases at one another. They are all steeped in history with the nation's democratic process proving to be very unusual at times.
