Piers Morgan slams killer clowns who appeared on Good Morning Britian to defend terrifying new craze
The trio were adamant that the pranks they play on people when they dress up as clowns are different to the current "craze"

PRANKSTERS who dress up as clowns to deliberately scare people appeared on Good Morning Britain to defend what they do.
Host Piers Morgan ripped into the group this morning as he brought up past convictions for previous pranks gone wrong and asked why they think it is funny to potentially terrify people.
The group, who record themselves scaring people by dressing as creepy clowns said what they do is different and not linked to the "killer clown" craze currently sweeping the UK.
The clown craze has swept the UK after a string of creepy incidents in the US, and masked people are continuing to terrify school children and adults alike.
The trend has been inspired by clown-related pranks in America, police have said, with it growing so quickly warnings have been issued.
Cameraman Endrit Ferizou said of the clown sightings which have been reported all over the UK: "That was a bit weird, that's unacceptable.
"Someone dressing up as a clown, running round scaring people, that's pretty creepy.
"When we do it, straight away when we scare them we say we are joking, but more of the time people, they actually like it."
During the interview it transpired that Endrit was jailed for nine months in March this year, after a prank involving a bomb and robbery hoax failed.
Piers Morgan said: "There's nothing funny about staging bomb threats, Why is it funny for you guys to wear clown masks and scare young people old people?
"It's not hilarious, that;s why you went to jail for it this year, it's not hilarious.
"What you are doing is a form of terrorising people."
"You don't seem to have learnt your lesson."
Endrit said: "Dressed up as a clown, and doing a bomb hoax, that's a different thing."
Danh Van Le, who often dresses as the clown in the videos, responded with: "You are painting us with the same brush as the other viral videos that you have seen, that's not something we are responsible for we don't condone doing it outside a school we never do that we don't condone doing it outside where you'll find elderly people."
"We choose young people that we know are going to enjoy our pranks."

Danh defended the group with: "We don't produce the content for people such as him."
The police officer reminded the pranksters that their actions could see them arrested, as he closed the discussion by saying: "Clearly that police have identified this as a problem that needs some kings of immediate response to it. My advice to these young people here would be not do it as you will probably have another criminal conviction to your name."
