British-born Abedi had detonated the explosive in the foyer of the Manchester Arena on Monday as parents waited to pick their children up from the concert.
The terror attack - the worst in the UK since 7/7 - claimed 22 lives including eight-year-old Saffie Roussos.
Dozens of people are still missing and feared dead.
