Asda Classic Fish Pie recalled over allergy fears after being cross-contaminated with chicken and bacon ready meal
Customers are being asked to bring the product back to store for a full refund
ASDA has urgently recalled a fish pie over fears it has been cross-contaminated with chicken and bacon.
The supermarket has taken the Classic Fish Pie off the shelves as it poses a health risk to anyone with a mustard allergy.
A small number of the 800g £3 ready meal may contain Asda Pulled Chicken and Bacon Pie, which uses the condiment.
The affected product was sold on September 7 and has the barcode 505478134646.
Asda are asking anyone who bought the fish pie to return it in store for a full refund.
Customers can also call 0800 952 0101 to arrange a refund or find out more information.
The supermarket said: "If you have purchased Asda Classic Fish Pie 800g use by 7th Sept please bring it back to your nearest store where you will be given a full refund. You do not need your receipt.
"We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused."
It comes after Cath Kidston recalled kids' drinking bottles over fears they could pose a choking hazard.
The decorated bottles contain a silicone tip on the straw that could come loose.
Affected products include the Kids Drinking Bottle in Hankie Rose, Pets Party, Hampstead Ditsy, Marching Band and Construction site.
They were on sale between June 12 and August 14 this year.
