Serial puddle splasher ‘who soaks pedestrians for fun’ is hunted by police
The yob driver is alleged to "get his kicks" during downpours by soaking unsuspecting members of the public

THIS is the moment a motorist looks to ‘deliberately drench’ people by taking a 4x4 out in the rain and driving through puddles.
The so called serial splasher was filmed apparently taking great pleasure in drenching pedestrians when it rains.
The yob is alleged to "get his kicks" during downpours by soaking unsuspecting members of the public.
Witnesses to the splash attacks say the motorist drives close to the kerb to hit the puddles with full force.
Police have branded the driver a “clown and a “buffoon” and are now hunting the splasher with a view to charging them with careless driving.
Locals in the Kentish Town area of North London say the driver comes out every time it rains and has struck countless times over the last few months.
Cops have searched the car number plate but found the vehicle had not been registered or insured.
Former Channel 4 newsreader, Zora Suleman, took the footage after the car appeared to splash people at a bus stop, .
She said: “There was a little old lady next to me and this car came up really close to the kerb, splashing everyone.
"Then I saw him stop and I thought: 'Oh my god, he's going to do this again', so I thought I'd take some footage.
"It might be fun for the driver, but I felt bad for this old lady, who was quite upset by it."
Local man Craig Finley said: "The guy was just looking to soak people - he obviously gets his kicks doing this.
"If I get a hold of him he'll get more than just a drenching."
Another local, who was not named, said the first incident took place in January and that the driver comes out "every time it rains".
He said: "This has been going on since January - people who live and work around here know to look out for this car now.
"The guy comes out when it's been raining heavily and just drives around going through as many puddles as he can."
Sgt Paul Taylor posted Miss Suleman's footage on Twitter and said: “Thx to @ZoraSuleman spotting this clown in #KentishTown ..any ideas? We have your reg #FessUp1st #Buffoon.”
He later added: “The earlier vehicle not registered & no insurance! Do you know the current owner?TOYOTA Light 4X4 #Catchtheclown.”
