Suspected ISIS terrorists shot dead on the street by Russian cops ‘had bomb in car’
An explosives robot was used to make the explosive safe

SECURITY forces gunned down two suspected ISIS terrorists during a security operation in the Russian city of Nizhny Novgorod.
Russia’s NTV television quoted a source as saying the suspected jihadists had come to the city, 250 miles from Moscow, to prepare a terror attack.
A source told TASS news agency: “Law enforcement officers stopped a car, two suspects resisted arrest and were liquidated on the spot. Explosives were found in the car.”
Two officers from the special police were injured and a third suspect was detained alive.
