The list includes the taxman, police forces and the NHS
WITH the Data Retention and Investigatory Powers Act - commonly known as the Snooper's Charter - all but passed last week, it has been claimed to be a privacy disaster for internet users.
The new law means that internet service providers will be forced to keep a record of all the websites you visit, and the apps that you use.
Companies have to retain the data, even if it is not relevant to their business needs, for one year in case it is required by security services or government agencies later down the line.
But who will be able to access this data, if their request is granted?
The list, which is set out in Schedule 4 of the Act, is as follows...

The so-called Snooper's Charter is set to pass into law after being passed by the House of Lords.
It now only requires Royal Assent to become law.
