A MAN has been killed on a quiet street outside a west London restaurant after being shot in the head at close range.

Eyewitnesses said the victim was shot as he climbed into the passenger door of a grey Renault.
The gunman then fled the scene, with the victim lying half in the car and half on the pavement.

"He then shouted his name, but I couldn't work out what it was. The body was still in the car."
A manager at local restaurant Jerky’s told the "Two men came into the shop.
