Boy, 17, sexually assaulted on bench by male stranger in broad daylight with cops releasing CCTV in urgent hunt
A BOY was sexually assaulted on a bench by a male stranger - with cops releasing CCTV as part of their probe.
The 17-year-old was sitting in an underpass in Coventry shortly before 8am on February 3 when he was approached by a man.
He proceeded to kiss the teenager without his consent, cops said.
West Midlands Police have now released a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to in connection with the incident.
A spokesperson for the force said: "We are hoping someone might recognise this man, or might have seen what happened and be able to help with our enquiries."
They added that officers had "carried out CCTV and witness enquiries in the area nearby".
