Mum captures moment ‘hooded skeleton monk was stalking her family on a country walk’ – but is it all it seems?

A SPOOKED mum fears she was stalked by a hooded "skeleton monk" while walking with her family in remote woodland.
Colleen McCallum was with her daughter Pippy, 22, in Glen Affric in the Scottish Highlands when the eerie apparition appeared.
The 55-year-old had been taking pictures of the stunning surroundings but was horrified when she came across a creepy snap showing the shape of man lurking in the woods with a skeletal face.
Colleen is hoping the spooky figure was just a trick of the light - but paranormal experts say otherwise.
The mum, from Aberdeen, said: "I was quite amazed by the reaction from people when I shared the picture. People have been seeing lots of things in the photo.
"The place is a nice nature reserve you can walk around and there is a private estate that is frequented by a lot of celebrities such as Pippa Middleton and David Beckham.
"As we walked along I noticed the way the light was with the ferns, which made a nice scene so I took a photo on my phone.
"It was only when I got home that I looked at the pictures I had taken and I noticed the figure.
"I looked back and that image jumped out at me and gave me quite a fright.
"Straight away I thought 'what on earth is that?' Logic says that it is a trick of the light.
"If I had seen it while I was there I would have run a mile.
"Pippy thought it was really creepy at the time and a bit a strange."
Colleen, who is a believer in the paranormal, posted the spooky snap online and has been inundated with responses from people convinced the figure is real.
But the mum is still sceptical and believes maybe the photo was just "perfect timing and lighting".
One user commented: "I have to agree, it looks like a skeleton monk."
