MEGHAN Markle risks breaking her Megxit agreement signed with the late Queen after a new podcast revealed she is calling herself 'Her Royal Highness'.

The ex-Royal also admitted she had no plans to follow in Harry's footsteps and pen a memoir yet - but said "I've got a lot more life to live before I'm there".

Meg, 43, gushed about her children, her life in California and called hubby Harry a 'fox' in a 90 minute podcast with cosmetics entrepreneur Jamie Kern Lima.

But halfway through the chat the host revealed around a year ago Meg sent her a gift box of food and thank you card.

Posting a photo of the present it revealed the card read: “With Compliments of H.R.H The Duchess of Sussex.”

The cosmetics boss said: “I had a very full house and all of sudden I get word that you dropped off this gift basket with ice creams, homemade strawberry sauce to put on top of the ice cream just to see if that helps lighten my load.”

Meg and Harry agreed not to use their HRH title at the Sandringham Agreement five years ago amid fears they would use their royal titles to make money

It comes after Meg hit back at guest Mindy Kaling on her much-derided cookery show when she said ‘it’s so funny you keep calling me Markle when you know I'm Sussex now’.

Royal author Ingrid Seward said: "I think if her late grandmother-in-law Queen Elizabeth was still around she would be highly offended, as she was very sensitive about that.

"She wouldn't think it was the correct form and remember she removed the HRH titles from both Diana and Sarah Ferguson

"The Queen didn't remove HRH but told them not to use it.

"But she isn't here anymore so maybe Harry and Meghan think they can get away with it."

Meghan & Harry are in no man’s land - it’s total crisis point for them

Markle raised eyebrows earlier this month when she shared on Instagram a message from Ukraine's Vice President addressing her as 'Your Royal Highness'.

Meg has been rumoured to be considering a tell-all memoir for several years and has previously revealed she kept diaries during her short stint as a working royal.

In 2021, she released illustrated children's book The Bench

Asked if she would write another book, Meg replied: "Yes, maybe, for sure. And then, you know, I think people are often curious if I'm going to write a memoir, but I've got a lot more life to live before I'm there."

The Royals have barely spoken to Harry after he trashed his family revealing private conversations in his memoir Spare

He accused Wills of physically attacking him by knocking him to the floor over rude comments about Meghan.

The estranged brothers have not spoken to each other since the late Queen's funeral, it is understood.

A spokesman for the Sussexes said they do not use HRH titles.

Although no laws were passed or documents signed to prevent their use, Harry and Meghan's agreement with the late Queen and senior officials was that they would stop using the word "Royal" after Megxit.

This isn't the first time the couple have been accused of using their royal titles for cash.

Last year they used their royal crest and launched a new website "Sussex.com".

Royal expert Angela Levin said at the time: "They are cashing in on their royal connections that they say they hate so much.

"Queen Elizabeth II would be furious because they promised they wouldn't do that.

"They should be stopped from using a title that they spent years insulting.

"They left the Royal Family because they didn't want anything to do with it.

"Four years after they left they are trying to be royal and also setting up the 'Office' of Prince Harry and Meghan - it is so hypocritical."

Prince Harry makes his money trashing royals in book, Netflix show & Oprah chat, pals slam

By Summer Raemason

PRINCE Harry makes cash by trashing the Royal Family in his book, Netflix documentary and Oprah interview, blasted an ex-pal.

The Duke of Sussex, 39, sparked a bitter feud with the Firm after stepping down as a senior working royal, and has only strained relations since.

The dad-of-two relocated to California with wife Meghan Markle in 2020, just two years after their fairytale wedding at St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle.

It was understood their stinging comments aimed at the Royal Family left the late Queen "deeply upset", while King Charles and Prince William were "incandescent with rage".

But more devastation was to come, with the Sussexes' infamous Oprah interview aired to millions in 2021.

They accused certain members of the Royal Family of speculating about Prince Archie's skin colour.

It was later claimed the royals were Princess Kate and King Charles, after Harry and Meghan's former pal  published his hatchet-job book Endgame.

During the Oprah interview, the duchess also made serious allegations about the Firm and how they handled her mental health struggles.

The Royal Family were left reeling, only to be hit by further attacks in the couples' flop Netflix docuseries Harry & Meghan.

And, in 2023, the duke's explosive memoir Spare appeared to fracture any last remaining bonds.

He accused Wills of physically attacking him by knocking him to the floor over rude comments about Meghan.

The estranged brothers have not spoken to each other since the late Queen's funeral, it is understood.

And Prince William reportedly said he 'does not want Harry at his coronation'.

Now, amid reports Harry is "angry" and "desperate" for the same admiration Prince William and Princess Kate receive, a former friend has hit back.

They told  it's "three strikes and you're out".

After Spare was released, many of the duke's mates vowed they could never forgive the vile claims.

“I can’t believe he’d stoop so low. It’s outrageously disloyal. Oprah, Netflix and then the book? Three strikes and you’re out," fumed the source.

Meanwhile another long-time mutual friend of the duke and Wills added: "Harry and Meghan could have left with dignity and decency and not trashed the institution. The conclusion is they've made money from trashing his family."

Harry also spoke candidly in his Netflix docuseries and confessed: "I miss my friends, I've lost a few friends in the process".

It comes after a fellow pal, who still receives the "odd WhatsApp" from the former prince claimed he "misses being in Britain".

As reported by , an old friend of the former royal claimed he'd rather be in the UK with "everyone loving him" as Prince William and Princess Kate are.

"He’s an angry boy. Things haven’t turned out how he wanted," alleged the source.

"I think he misses being over here [in Britain] desperately and wants to be admired more.

"Anyone who knows him feels he’d rather be top of the pops here with everyone loving him, as they do with William and Kate.”

Meanwhile, the Duchess also told the podcast she is enjoying a "honeymoon" period with her husband as the pair got "a little bit of breathing space" when stepping back from royal duties.

Meghan added how the couple struggled to fully enjoy one another's company early in their relationship as it was quickly thrown into the limelight.

The pair started dating in 2016 and married in 2018, initially taking on royal duties before deciding to step back from their roles in 2020.

She said: "You have to imagine at the beginning, everyone has, like, butterflies.

"Then we immediately went into the trenches together. Yeah, right out of the gate, like six months into dating.

"So now, seven years later, when you have a little bit of breathing space, you can just enjoy each other in a new way, and that's why I feel like it's more of a honeymoon period for us now."

The mum-of-two explained how she is grateful Harry has kept their family "safe".

The Duke appeared at the High Court in London earlier this month over his security battle with the Home Office.

He begged "my life is stake" as he appealed against the withdrawal of his publicly-funded protection while in the UK.

The Duke of Sussex brought the case against the Home Office and the Executive Committee for the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures (Ravec).

Meghan continued: "He's just out there, just constant, like he's just going to do whatever he can to make sure that our family is safe and protected and we're uplifted and still make time for date nights.

"He's also a fox. If you haven't noticed, my husband's very, very handsome. But his heart is even more beautiful," she added.

The Duchess even became emotional as she opened up about their children Archie, five, and Lilibet, three.

She reflected on her motherhood experience - adding "I really want to be good at it."

The former Suits actress revealed she sends "secret emails" to her children or them to read when they're older.

She said: "I thought it was such a great time capsule to create for them and so I created for the kids these email addresses...that I will give them at some point.

"Before I go to bed, every night, I email them."

Meghan added how she includes pictures of memory items such as their report cards.

She dubbed it her "love language" and said it's the smaller gestures that make the difference.

"I'm just so proud of them," Meghan added.

The mum-of-two read out a letter from her children in which they penned: "From Archie and Lili via Papa.

"We love your cooking. We love your pancakes and we love, love, love your hugs.

"You're the best mummy and we love you."

After reading the note out loud, Meghan said: "So sweet. I also love that it's mummy, instead of mommy, which is very British."
