Mount reflects on Asia tour
Mason Mount speaking to the club media in his on-pitch post-match interview: “First and foremost, I just want to say a massive thank you to all the fans showing out here today. It was amazing to see them all, amazing to see them all in Malaysia and now here in Hong Kong. It’s been brilliant support.”
“After the first game, obviously we wanted to come here and win and have a good performance. So that was the most important thing for us, to perform for the fans…”
“I really enjoyed the second half, good to get out there and play. Not the easiest weather, but we love playing football, so it was good to get out there.”
“All the young kids that played today, I thought, they stepped up in difficult circumstances and they all performed really well, so I’m very happy for them.
Amorim has feeling that Fernandes ‘wants to stay’
Amorim on the Bruno situation: “Of course, I am the manager, I am the coach but sometimes it is the decision of the player.
“I talk with him, I explain things and I just have that feeling – when you talk with someone, you have the feeling if he wants to stay. Sometimes, in a lot of games this season he was so frustrated, but he knows what we are doing.
“So, the feeling that I have every time I speak with him is that he wants to continue for sure in Manchester United, but you never know.”

Man United players have not been subjected to a curfew on this trip. Joshua Zirkzee walked over the road from the team hotel in Kuala Lumpur to a Thai restaurant one night, having been unimpressed by the room-service options.
Amad and Alejandro Garnacho hired some scooters and whizzed around the city.
A few players went out to a nightclub after they arrived in Kuala Lumpur on Monday night, accompanied by security staff.

Mason Mount, who assisted Obi’s second, spoke to the club media in his on-pitch post-match interview: “Chido is a very good player. I’ve obviously played with him loads, but in training you can see what he’s about.
“He’s got good movement and as a No.10, you want to try put balls into the box for him to get on the end of.
“He’s a threat with the ball in the air. All the young kids who played today stepped up in difficult circumstances and all performed very well, so I’m very happy for them.”
