Manchester City ‘agree terms’ with Nolito as £14m striker gives up hope of Barcelona return

MANCHESTER CITY have agreed terms to sign Nolito, according to reports.
The Etihad club matched the Celta Vigo striker's £14million release clause on Tuesday.

The Spain international, 29, is set to sign a three-year deal with an option of a one-year extension with the Premier League giants, says Spanish outlet .
Barcelona had been closing in on the forward - who previously spent three years at the Nou Camp - but he is thought to have lost patience with the Catalan club and opted instead to link up with Pep Guardiola at the Etihad.
The 12-capped Spaniard will become Guardiola's second signing after German midfielder Ilkay Gundogan.

Nolito is also a physical presence and is a threat on the left flank, often cutting in on his favoured right boot.
