IT'S difficult to watch this without wincing.

One bloke's idea to jump off a dock and into water spectacularly backfired when his nuts clattered into the railings.

To be honest it's difficult to see what he was trying to achieve in the first place considering he had to leap over the rail to land in the water.

With his friend filming, he takes a steady run up along the dock.

Everything appeared to be in order until he began his leap of faith.

As one of his feet gave way, he ends up slipping and throwing himself full pelt into the rail.

You can even hear the crunch as his private parts takes the full brunt of the force before the echos of groans from his (not very) sympathetic mates.

His friend in the water doesn't know whether to laugh or cry as he watches him dangling over the edge in agonising pain.
