Fortnite servers down updates — Epic is ‘investigating’ issues as FNCS is delayed

FORTNITE servers went down in the US and UK Friday.
Over 1,300 Fortnite gamers in the US and 1,000 users in the UK reported problems with the game, according to .
The majority of issues are with server connection as Epic Games said that they're "investigating this issue" on their .
The outage came ahead of FNCS - and Fortnite announced that FNCS ME and other ME cups would be delayed by 30 minutes.
The issues have since been resolved - and the ME matches resume at 7:45 pm GST.

ME matches canceled
Fortnite Status's official account shared that matches will continue at 7:45 pm GST.
"Any ME FNCS matches that have already been played will be canceled," Fortnite Status wrote on X.
"The matches will resume at 19:45 GST."
Issues are resolved
Fortnite reports that the problems have been fixed.
"Login and matchmaking issues have been resolved!" Fortnite Status shared on X.
"Thank you for your patience while we worked through this."
Reports begin to drop
Reports of the Fortnite outage have started to drop in the US and UK on Downdetector.
Around 700 people are still reporting issues in the US while around 100 people are still having problems in the UK.
Fortnite players complain
Fortnite players are complaining about the outage on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Players receive 'failed to download' message
Fortnite gamers are receiving a message saying that the platform "failed to download supervised settings."
Over 1,400 in the US are reporting issues while over 1,300 face issues in the UK, according to Downdetector.
Ranked Cups was canceled
Earlier today, Fortnite canceled Ranked Cups in the ME region due to a connection issue.
"Unfortunately we need to cancel today’s ME Ranked Cups due to a technical issue," Fortnite status said.
FNCS ME is delayed
Fortnite Championship Series will be delayed in the Middle East.
"Due to an issue, we'll be delaying FNCS ME and other ME cups by 30 minutes," Fortnite Status on X, formerly known as Twitter.
