Ore Oduba’s wife Portia reveals baby was rushed to hospital as she urges mums to act on instincts
TV PRESENTER Ore Oduba and his wife Portia were given a fright when their baby fell ill during a weekend away in Kent.
The couple have revealed their eight month old daughter was rushed to hospital as Portia, 32, urged mums to act on their instincts.
She said the tot suffered a turn for the worse and they raced to hospital where she was treated in A&E.
Ore's wife shared their scary experience on Instagram in a bid to remind parents to "follow their gut".
"Been MIA for a few days... we had to take a visit to A&E whilst in Kent over the weekend," she started.
"Our little lady gave us a bit of a scare but is a lot better and bouncing back.

"24 hours later and little lady was on the mend… and we were home with smiles… Thank you to all the amazing doctors and nurses at Tunbridge Wells Hospital… you are incredible.
"Just a little reminder to yourself to always trust your gut…
"you know your baby better than anyone else and you feel if something isn't right or they aren't themselves, act on it. You will never be turned away... thank you NHS."
The couple, who also share three year old son Roman, have been approached for comment.
Newsman and Strictly star Ore, 36, recently revealed how he has suffered from panic attacks.
He opened up on ITV's Loose Women last year during a special episode called Loose Men, and said: "I woke up this morning and thought I’m not sure if I’m going to share this because I feel better.

"It probably doesn’t matter but because we are here – yesterday, I had my first ever panic attack. It completely consumed me.
"I was on the phone to my agent at the time and I was talking about all the things that were in the diary and I could feel myself filling up with the stress.
"In that moment I couldn’t breathe, I could barely speak and this girl was on the phone going ‘just breathe and open a window’, and I just burst into tears."

The star admitted he thought about not telling his wife - or anyone - about the panic attack, but opened up ahead of his Loose Men appearance.
"I feel good for having identified it, I wasn’t sure I was going to tell my wife but I knew this would be the first time I would say it and she’s at home," Ore went on.
"She’s got the two kids and my first reaction was I don’t want to lumber her with more things," he concluded, as his co-hosts jumped in to encourage him.
