Doting Tommy could be seen holding his little girl at home and said: "I'll protect you forever my little girl."
Molly's Love Island bff Maura Higgins commented: "So so so proud of you always. She is so perfect."
Montana Brown said: "Congrats gorgeous people ❤️ so happy for you both xxx."
Jacqueline Jossa said: "Congratulations guys."
Zara McDermott wrote: "Sobbing. Congratulations you beautiful people. You deserve all the happiness excited for you and this new chapter."
The announcement comes days after YouTube star and boxer Jake Paul told his fans that the baby had arrived here while taunting Tommy over their bout next month.
Molly has been 'nesting' at their Manchester home for months in preparation for their new arrival.
She recently showed off the baby's nursery, which has been kitted out with some of the best features money can buy, including two Hermes cushions costing £1,500.
The reality star also gave fans a glimpse inside her daughter's wardrobe, which has a selection of designer pieces.
Molly and Tommy revealed the happy news that they were expecting a baby in September, letting slip the gender in a reveal video the following month.
The couple shared their baby news on Instagram with a video which showed a clip of Molly saying: "I can't wait for the adventures that we haven't even dreamed of yet" on Love Island.
The video then cut to the couple holding her baby bump and embracing one another.
Molly-Mae later shocked fans when she revealed she was already in her last trimester and was going to give birth in a matter of months.
She told followers: "When I announce, I'm going to have three months left. Three months. I'm not going to be giving specific dates, I'm going to keep those to myself.
"It's just not something I'm going to share. From around my videos you guys are definitely going to work out around the time my baby is due."
Molly and Tommy met and fell in love on the fifth series of the revamped version of Love Island.
They finished as runners-up behind Amber Gill and Greg O'Shea, who split after the show.
The pair, who share a £3.5million mansion dubbed the Molly Maison together in Manchester, became arguably the show's most successful couple yet, banking millions from deals and endorsements.
