Jeremy McConnell shares first picture of his daughter after girlfriend Katie gives birth
JEREMY McConnell has shared the first picture of his baby daughter after his girlfriend Katie McCreath gave birth last week.
Jeremy, 29, and Katie welcomed their first child into the world in the early hours of Friday morning and told pals she is "so beautiful" and "is unreal".
The Irish star said beside the post: "My Angel is here. She arrived 29 November , 00:06 , 7.10 lbs"
Updating fans on Katie's "Mum and baby are perfect. We are enjoying precious family time at the moment , but I just wanted to say thank you all for your beautiful messages .
"@katielouisemccreath and I would like to thank the amazing team at Wolverhampton Hospital, especially our midwife who delivered her, Megan!"
The Sun Online revealed Jeremy had become a dad for a second time.
The happy news is even more special for Jeremy who has limited contact with his two year old son Caben.
A source told us: "He says she is so beautiful, she is unreal and he finally has the family he’s always wanted."
Jeremy and Katie announced they were expecting a baby to The Sun Online in July.
Jeremy and Kate shared an image of themselves kissing next to a blackboard that confirmed the impending arrival earlier this year.
The sweet message with ‘oh baby’ balloons tied to it, said: “My new rider, expected Dec’19.”
Completing the happy picture was a pony wearing a unicorn headband, while Jeremy and Katie’s pet chihuahua Patsy looked on as the pair locked lips.
Jeremy previously revealed exclusively to The Sun Online that he has been sober and drug-free for 18 months and turned his life around following a stint in prison.
A source close to the couple, who have been together for more than a year, told The Sun Online: “Jeremy and Katie are ecstatic. The baby marks a brand new chapter in their lives.
“They are both so excited and can’t wait to welcome their little son or daughter. Jeremy has found someone that he really loves and wants to be with for ever. They can't wait to become parents and start a family together."
The insider added: “Katie has really supported Jeremy through the tough times and helped him grow as a person. Anyone who knows Jeremy knows that having a family and being a dad is a dream he has always wanted.”
