Coleen Nolan twerks her way slim as she attempts sexy new exercise on Loose Women
Panelist embraced moves made famous by Rihanna, Miley Cyrus and Beyonce

COLEEN Nolan and Ruth Langsford gave Rihanna a run for her money on Wednesday's Loose Women as they learned to twerk.
The panellists took part in a twerk-ercise session towards the end of the show in a bid to show Coleen, 51, some support in her bit to adopt a new healthy lifestyle regime.
Led by a member of the London Dance Academy, the star was joined by Ruth, 56, Martine McCutcheon, 40, and Jane Moore, 54 as they tackled moves including the flick, the twerk to the side and the wobble, to which Ruth laughed and pointed at her stomach: "I can do that without being shown."
The women all gave it their best shot as they practised the moves alongside Coleen's personal trainer, Dan Hooper, but when Ruth asked if they could put it altogether to music, Jane excused herself and sat back down.
As Coleen, Ruth and Martine gyrated to the beats of Rihanna's hit single Work, guest Rick Astley reappeared from backstage to join them.
As Coleen jokingly backed her shaking derriere towards him, he asked: "What are we doing?"
Clearly just enjoying herself, she replied: "I don't know what we're doing!"
At the start of the segment, Ruth explained it had been four months since Embarrassing Bodies presenter, Doctor Christian Jessen had been on the show and delivered "some rather harsh truths" about Coleen's weight.

She added: "Together with personal trainer Dan Hooper, she set off on a mission to become a little bit healthier, it really wasn't about being thin, just about health, but has she stuck to it?"
Dan quickly confirmed the presenter was doing well, but Coleen interrupted to admit she had taken her foot off the gas during his recent two week holiday.
She said: "I used that as 'I might as well have the time off'. I celebrated Christmas early.
"I just ate the fridge, and he left me a routine to do, which I looked at.
As the audience laughed, Ruth pointed out that falling off the wagon was a common problem for most women.
He replied:"I mean the thing is with Coleen this is not a short term thing, it's not 'I want a bikini body in eight weeks' this is long term and we're tailoring everything to Coleen and her busy lifestyle.
"We're back to the grind next week, so you might be paying for it next week."
Despite her setback, Ruth was full of praise for her friend, telling her she could see she had lost inches, with her legs and waist already looking smaller.
Dan agreed, saying: "I mean weight loss is going to happen but everyone is different, scales are a bit of a pain for me as they can't measure your energy levels, how happy you are, inch loss."
Thankfully Coleen doesn't use scales but she admitted she would struggle to lose any inches at all if it wasn't for Dan.
She confessed: "I'm not disciplined enough so I need Dan."
The ladies soon found out that twerking was good for their thighs as well as their bum, and can burn the equivalent of 480 calories an hour.
The news led Ruth to joke: "Can I twerk for an hour though?"
The answer could be yes for the host, as earlier this year she showed off her booty shaking skills during a hilarious I'm a Celebrity...Get Out of My Ear! segment for Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway.
She was also caught dancing around the This Morning studio by husband Eamonn Holmes during an ad break.
