LOVE Island cheater Terry Walsh is indignant about cheating on his girlfriend on national TV, telling The Sun: "I regret nothing."

Viewers saw the 28-year-old have sex with show newcomer Emma-Jane Woodham earlier this week - and they weren't happy.

Terry had previously been coupled up with pretty Malin Andersson, but she lost her place on the show leaving her new boyfriend behind.

However, it wasn't long before he set his sights on newbie Emma-Jane, and despite promising to stay loyal to her, was eagerly coupling up with her after just three days.

The pair went on to have sex, and broke the cardinal rule about romping on TV and ventured out of the covers.

Terry had already had sex with Malin in front of EVERYONE in the room, but this didn't deter Emma-Jane, who quickly became the 502nd girl he's been with.

Speaking from Spain, Terry claims they aren't embarrassed about their antics.

He said: "Now we're out, it's nice to be together without having someone listening and watching.

"We're a couple, we fancy each other, we're gonna have sex like everyone else.

"The fact we did it on camera, well to be honest I don't think it bothers either of us."

Something else that doesn't bother Terry is the memory of breaking poor Malin's heart - who producers flew back to the villa for a tense showdown.

He raged: "There were cracks showing with me and Malin, it was clear to see.

"Little things like my T-shirt.. I asked her politely to change my T-shirt and we didn't speak for a day.

"There was so many occasions like that and I had to reassure her about everything.

"Every single day she was asking me about my past, about how many girls I've slept with, what was going to go on when we got out.

"I can't keep going round in circles anymore, I'm 28 I want a mature relationship.

"I felt like she was pulling me back and chipping away at it."

And despite gaining two more notches to his already impressive tally of five hundred bedmates, Terry insists he's ready to settle down and stop sh*gging around.

He said: "I made that clear.

"You can't judge someone by their past. I tried to make it work with Malin, no two ways about it.

"It's not like I was jumping from bird to bird, Malin made it really hard work for me.

"I don't know if that came across, but people in there saw that."

And he claimed the experience with Malin has made him wary about making things with Emma-Jane
Viewers saw Malin and Terry row viciously over a cheese toastie, which he claims was down to his penchant for eating meals alone rather than not wanting to share his food.

He said: "It's not that, but when you've got someone who wanted to be with you twenty-four hours a day...

"I didn't want Malin coming over, p***ed up, trying to attack my food. It's my thing, I like eating on my own."

He added: "I did want it to work with me and Malin, but there's only so much I can give and towards the end of it it broke."

And he remains adamant that having sex with another girl on TV was the only way he could end things with his loving ex.

He said: "What do I do? The show must go on, I could have walked but it would have been for the wrong reasons.

"I spent two days analysing it and it just wasn't for me. I haven't got a phone to pick up and ring Malin and explain that, so unfortunately she had to watch it on TV.

"What do I do? Leave Love Island, drive back and tell her the same thing? Either way she weren't going to take it well."

Emma-Jane also faced controversy in the house, as she had previously dated islander Tom Powell.

She had plenty to say about his relationship with former Miss England Sophie Gradon, who she believes made a fool of him by enjoying a short lesbian fling.

She said: "I'm not sure what will happen with Tom and Sophie, I'm not Mystic Meg.

"I'm sure they'll be in contact outside of the villa, but I couldn't say if they would give it a go - especially after Sophie humiliated him.

"To be honest it's none of my business what Tom and Sophie do, and I'm not fussed about or concerned with it.

"Obviously I wish them all the best in life, but I don't wish to have a friendship with either of them.

"I didn't go back in to the show to try and win Tom back. Me and him ended over six months ago. We had a nice, short relationship while it lasted, but I'm not the kind of person who lives in the past.

"I don't understand people who go back to relationships that aren't working again and again and again.

"You know the outcome. If it doesn't work, move on."

Emma-Jane is also staying open minded about her future with Terry.
She added: "Obviously me and Terry get on very well, we haven't set anything in stone we just want to get to know one another privately over the next few months.

"Then we'll be able to tell a bit better where we're coming from."
