Justin Timberlake could face 30 days in jail after sharing voting booth selfie
Star could be put behind bars & slapped with £41 fine after sharing a photo of himself casting early ballot for US election

JUSTIN Timberlake could be facing JAIL after taking a selfie of himself in a voting booth for the American presidential election.
The popstar, 35, may have broken the law while snapping the picture of his ballot in an effort to encourage his 37million Twitter followers to vote.
Timberlake - whose hometown is Memphis, Tennessee - travelled more than 1,700 miles from his home in Los Angeles to take advantage of early voting.
On Monday he tweeted: “Hey! You! Yeah, YOU! I just flew from LA to Memphis to #rockthevote!!! No excuses, my good people! There could be early voting in your town too.”
He attached the photo of him with the ballot and added: "If not, November 8th!
"Choose to have a voice!
"If you don't, then we can't HEAR YOU!
"Get out and VOTE! #excerciseyourrighttovote."
But last year Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam signed a bill that prohibited photos or videos inside polling locations.
The law was created to mainly prevent voter fraud or intimidation and from revealing confidential information.

However, an official from the election’s board where the singer voted said Timberlake should be commended for encouraging people to get out and vote — not prosecuted.

They even held a Hollywood fundraiser for the Democratic nominee back in August when pal Leonardo DiCaprio could no longer host the event.
