TINA Malone beamed as she left hospital after having her excess skin removed.
The Shameless actress has lost a staggering 12 stone in recent years after having gastric band surgery, but was left with lots of loose skin.
The 54-year-old was taunted by cruel bullies over it, but Tina has now taken matters into her own hands and had it removed.
Pictured wearing a colourful Bob Marley jacket and purple hat, Tina headed into the private hospital to see her consultant, before returning to her car with a big smile on her face.
Clearly delighted with her meeting, Tina beamed for photographers and showed off her slim waist and legs as she opened her cardigan.
Tina recently returned from a holiday to Spain, where she proudly showed off her figure in a purple bikini.
Strolling along the beach, her confident demeanour was at odds with how crushed she felt after receiving abuse online from trolls.

Highlighting how she went from obese to a tiny size 6 with gastric surgery, she wrote: "I'd just like to say I'm no model, looked, I'm an old girl, 54 yrs.
"I'm happy, healthy eradicated my diabetes and high blood pressure.
"But I am horrified by the wrinkly skin on my legs, tummy, back, bum etc... I actually have sobbed tonight.
"But I'm only human, I don't deserve the battering I've had from people... just nasty comments,."
But taking to Twitter on Sunday night, Tina gave fans an update on her surgery progress, revealing she would be having her bandages off on Monday.
She wrote: "I'm done bein hard today I'm gettinvthe painkillers out!!, came out of hospital thur,hubby looked after me all wks,dressings of tmrw x
"4 hr op Wed gone feel in great now,,,, stitches out Wed,dressings of tmrw!!! Been hard go in but worth it x".
