AMY Childs showed off her stunning bikini body while on holiday in with her family.

The TOWIE star posted a mirror selfie in a chic blue bikini which showed her amazing figure.

Amy told fans in the photos posted to her Instagram stories that she had been ill on the family holiday and that was the fourth time it had happened to her.

"Ready for our family holiday to start," she wrote.

In the next Instagram story, she showed one of her two-year-old twins attempting to put sunscreen on her as she lay poolside.

"Loves putting sun cream on me, will look like a ghost in a minute," she wrote on the video.

Amy first showed off her two-stone weight loss in January which she credited to the help of a fitness coach.

Amy flaunted her new bikini bod earlier this year which she said she worked hard for after giving birth to four children since 2018.

"Girls I’m Walking into 2025 feeling amazing," Amy captioned an Instagram photo in January.

"Haven’t worn a bikini for 7 years, and now, 4 kids later, I can say I feel bloody great."

She added: "I’ve got to be honest, after years of searching for the next ‘quick fix’… it is such a nice change to be on holiday with my family and know I will look back on these photos and love them."

Amy also shutdown any speculation that she'd taken medication to help her weight loss: "And no!!! this wasn’t done by using jabs or pills."

In August 2023, fans praised her for showing off her 'real' post-baby body in a black swimsuit four months after giving birth to twins, as she captioned the image: "Sometimes it's important to show the real you."

The 34-year-old, who burst onto the reality TV scene in the very first episode of TOWIE in 2010, welcomed twins, Millie and Billy, with her fiancé, Billy Delbosq, in June 2023.

Amy is also mum to Polly, seven, with ex-boyfriend Bradley Wright and son Ritchie Jnr, six, from a relationship with her ex partner, Ritchie Snr. 

Most famous for her stints on TOWIE between 2010 and 2011, she then went on to appear on Celebrity Big Brother as a contestant on series eight of of the show in 2011.

From 2011 to 2012, she starred in It's All About Amy, a fly on the wall reality show which covered Amy's life and her family and friends
