Russia sends warships to Syria & tells Turkey its attack ‘will end badly’

TWO Russian warships armed with cruise missiles set sail for the Syrian coast today as the EU warned the conflict could slide into 'open war'. Nato demanded Russia halt air strikes after 33 Turkish soldiers were killed in Idlib yesterday - but Moscow hit back with a chilling threat that any new advance will 'end badly'.
